Quantify Image is the successor of Quantify One.
New features in Quantify Image compared to Quantify One are:
- A new intuitive userinterface
- Much higher performance, the system can handle large number of images without performance reduction. Images can be compressed when imported to meet max size of database requirements
- Scalability, the system can be moved to larger database systems if requirements change through time
- Large scale system, with a at your choice database backend
- Multiuser system, the system can be installed on one to many computers and connect to a central database. In this way several project members can follow and do work simultaniously on the same projects.
- Measured images are compatible with little brother Quantify Image Light.
- Report Generation, it is possible to generate reports of Workspaces, Projects and Sequences with images measurements results and graphs.
- Report Layout, it is possible to edit the report layout so that it meets your project and companys requirements.
- Visual graph of the development of the measurements in time. It is possible to follow the development of the size of an item in time in a graph.
Quantify Image has been developed, with the feedback from current customers of Quantify One kept in mind. Quantify Image runs on windows and works with many different database systems as backend.
Aquire Images
Images can be acquired into the application by dropping, importing, pasting and scanning with a scanner, which supports the twain interface. Supported import file types are: Jpeg, Jpeg2000, Bmp, TIFF, PSD, PCX, ICO, CUR, PNG, WMF, EMF, TGA, PXM, GIF, DICOM.
Compress images at import
Imported images can be compressed at import, set the import maximum file size and the imported file vil be reduced to that size.
File association
File types can be associated with the application, when a file of the associated type is double clicked in the windows explorer, the application is started with the specific file imported. If the application is already running the file is imported into the running application.
Export measurement results to a comma separated file.
Define data in hierarchical workspaces, projects and sequences.
Magic Wand
Measure one or more lenghts or areas by marking with a pen or using a magic wand to mark a special kind of area with one touch.
Edit already drawn lines.
Calibrate for each individual import of an image.
Fixed calibration
Set a fixed calibration for all measurements.
